Things to know before you purchase:
Each companion is hand made and hand painted by me. That means that there may be tiny differences or imperfections or that you will not get a figurine that looks exactly like the picture. They will however be very close to the pictures provided.

What are the companions made of?
I use porcelain clay and glaze to create each unique figurine.

What cone do you fire to?
The first firing is a bisque firing to cone 04.
The second firing, the glaze firing, is fired to cone 05.
How much do the companions cost?
Generally the range is between 20 and 100 dollars. Each companion takes different time and risk to create. Therefore price varies for each ceramic figurine.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes I do! Please send me an email with your idea!
Customs start at 160$
Customs can also take between 3-6 weeks.
I also reserve the right to remake the figurine for regular purchase. Of course, I will not duplicate the exact figurine, but I may recreate something similar. I.E. the same creature with a different glaze, or the same creature with a different pose.
Shipping
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. I ship through chitchats which provides a tracking number. After the package leaves Canada, you can track your package through these companies:
Canada: chitchats/ Canada post
US: USPS or UPS
International: UPS or Ascendia
How long does it take to process my order?
It will take about a week for me to process your order. I only ship out one day a week on Fridays. So if you place your order before Friday it will most likely ship out that week. If you place your order after Friday, it will ship out the next week.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping times depend heavily on the carrier and your location.
These times are just ESTIMATES.
Canada: 3-9 days
USA: 4 days to 2 weeks
International: 7 days to 2 months

Will I have to pay customs?
If you are not within Canada, you may have to pay customs. It is your responsibility to know the fees related and pay them.
Where does my companion ship from?
Montreal, Canada!
It’s a gift, can you not include the invoice?
If you are outside of Canada I am required to attach a customs certificate that will disclose the price of your purchase.
I used the wrong address
Please contact me as soon as possible if this happens.
If your order has not already shipped, I will do my best to change it for you.
If your order has already shipped, I am sorry but the only thing to do is wait to see if it is returned to me. At that point we can reship it to you. You will be responsible for any fees incurred on return and the new shipping fees.
If the package does not return to me, there is unfortunately nothing I can do and I will not issue a refund. So please be very careful when making an order and double check all of your information.
What happens if my package goes missing?
If your package goes missing, send me an email and I will do my best to locate it.
I am not responsible for lost or failed deliveries.

My piece came broken
Please email me with your order number and pictures and I will see what solutions we can come to.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations.
Each description is very clear, so please read them very carefully before you make a purchase.
Please be aware that I am just one person running, shipping, replying and creating companions for politely declining. I reserve the right to ban you from future purchases if you are rude, violent, or try to scam me.
